eF & Be, named from the initials of founders and best friends Fumie (eF) & Bowie (Be), is a Burnaby-based Japanese bakery. 

Bowie has always admired Fumie's baking, and together, they decided to start a fun project. In 2019, they launched their online store, one of the very few bakeries offering delivery service. During the Covid lockdown, they gained popularity, prompting them to try selling at farmers markets once the city opened up.

And now, there they are, still baking and having fun!
